I'm always fascinated about pets in any kind, because I grew up as a child in a farming environment surrounded by animals and pets.   But the Akita dogs came to my life in a very special moment, in which I was ready to make a commitment to provide care and love for them.  My first pair of Akitas were very noble and loving.  I have great memories of all my previous dogs and I am very proud of them,  even without knowing much about this beutiful breed ... to late to say no they have now stolen my heart and   soul.                                                          

After having my first Akitas, by curiosity I became more interested in doing research about this breed in any way or form that was possible. By either reading, writing, library books, internet, dog videos, etc.. allowing my self to create my own perception and knowledge about this breed.  Finding a fascinating world of diversity of this particular breed in my own personal opinion.
